what race are u? I only know that in sactum u can get it in the artisan hall (some shugos) & the broker

pretty sure the [static] items were removed from the game, i.e thats why there called static

They will return? For I see every day in the bunker static items (potion).

Some of those morph designs you have to buy from fortress quartermasters at different abyss forts which requires your faction to own that fort. Different forts sell different designs though so it could be at any of them.

I don't have any asmo toons but for elyos there's some NPCs that stand outside the crafting area in the main city that sell a lot of designs for high crafting levels. You might find it there if you can find the asmo equivalent of those NPCs but I'm not sure if they sell morph designs.

As far as the static thing goes, I don't know what that means but I'm still picking up stuff in-game that are tagged with that.

static means they are no longer part of the game, meaning you cant craft them via alchemy or w/e that is static i think they announced it via one patch a few patches ago about the static stuff..forget which patch but it wasnt that long ago

i also could be wrong lol , but im pretty sure they mentioned something bout static items not being viable anymore

Yeah, you may be right. What I was thinking was [event] and not [static].
