so i bought the game but when i click download steam doesn't download anything and says that the download is complete, am i the only one with this problem?

People usually despise the overly litigious and overbearing copyright protecting practices we see these days, but I for one, am thankful for them as it can usually prevent cases like this where someone, somewhere, underground, and long rotted, in some place in France I learned about in school but have since long forgotten, has their artistic masterpieces stolen without their permission.
