i cant see any of my videos on stream

I want to see the videos but when i start watching them a message saying "An unexpecting error ocurred while trying to play this video", i cant see any troubleshooting issue in this site btw

Ok so I've made contact with Blender support and they've told me that the best decision would be to get this course on Blender Cloud and they'll probably remove the course from Steam.
They actually have a campaign that gives access to their cloud for 1 month for free.

We paid for access to this product on Steam, and they're removing it with no explanation and warning. I don't want their cloud service. I want to watch the videos I paid to see.

We can go to the store page and flag the title. They're still selling without delivering, if what you said is true.

My recommendation is to get the tutorial via Blender Cloud.

We have a campaign running that gives new subscribers 1 month free cloud. Just sign up and cancel the subscription within a month if you wish to.

We can't do refunds via Steam afaik... but I will check on what's wrong, and probably remove the videos (because it's getting a bit old).

I've asked Steam to remove the tutorials. You can request a refund though if you want, that seems to work fine there.

so we should ask for a refund then? i got an email that this issue wont be fixed soon but to active the steam beta so i may have any update as soon as possible to fix that

It says right on the store page that the product isn't eligible for a refund.

Steam should NOT remove it, since we all paid for it !!! please fix the problem!! ... It only seems to be problems with ... tutorial video's, normal video's / movie files through steam work just fine.
