Game won't launch
Having issues getting the game to launch. When I try to launch, the window pops up saying 'Preparing to launch Robbery Bob: Man of Steal...', when it closes and nothing happens. Any ideas? I'm running Windows 10, with a 980ti. I tried reinstalling the game, but no luck.

The problem is on my end. I installed the game on my wife's pc and it launched fine. I'll update the thread when/if I figure out why it won't launch on my pc in case anyone else runs into this issue.

Yep, just as I assumed, the problem was on my end. I had to manually install a secondary installer (number 6 from the link you gave me), vcredist_x64. This isn't the first time I ran into this issue trying to run a game, but really glad you were able to help me and possibly others. Thanks! :)

Hello Dev, I recently decided to get back into playing Robbery Bob to 100% it, but I'm having trouble getting it to run; whenever I start up the game it's just kinda freezes up, and I have to ctrl alt delete to exit out of and close it; I've tried both uninstalling and reinstalling the game, openAL and both 86 and 64 bit versions of Visual C++ Redistributable Packages 2013 version ( I currently have the 2015 versions on my machine). Is there anything else that I'm missing in order to run the game right?? I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, Intel Core I5 4590, and a EVGA 1050 Ti 4gb gpu, although I played this game previously using integrated graphics without any issues.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I had the same problem as you, and unfortunately I think the dev have since moved on from this game, so I doubt they'll respond with a suggestion for a fix; here's hoping I'm wrong and they do though.
