Any Money making tips for a person starting out in the game

im looking for someone to tell me how to make money with mining and woodcutting and forging if you have some tips pls tell me :)

I started playing like 3-4 days ago. First thing i did was level up my mining and forging to 40 so i can make myself iron armor (It was really expensive in the market). I leveled forging from 32 to 40 by making iron boots. Sold them in the market for 2-3k each (Almost 100 of them) and made over 200k.

I've heard mining gold is a great way to make money (requires 40 mining i think). Apparently there's an NPC that buys gold for like 600 coins each (Almost 25k coins per inventory). Haven't had a chance to test this myself yet though so i'm not sure if it's actually true.

Dankey I just want to compare blacksmithing to some other crafts, how long did you take you to mine enough iron to make 100 boots and how long did it take to make 100 boots? also did you sell them to an NPC?

gather sand in revel till you can mine iron. sell sand on market

mine iron till 45 mining either sell iron on marketplace or if you plan to lv forging as well make iron helmets and sell them to the npc in revel

at 45 mining mine gold in revel and sell it to the npc for 325 each

once you get 65 mining get the mining guild permit and then you can easily make steel and again make steel helmets to sell

Any and all ideas in this thread I would deeply appreciate. Just don't know how people talk about 100k casually. But then again, play to win might have something to do with it.

I have been making necklace moulds. Mining clay and tin is easy, and they usually go for 250-400 each. It's also a good way to level up Jewelry.

I've been cutting fir logs and selling them on the market, they usually sell for about 50-80g per piece, I make 50kg-70kg p/h doing this. it's good to get yourself some mid level equips.
