I accidentally fished without cooking for like 70% of the time. My fishing is now 61 and my cooking is 36, I am cathcing things too high to cook, is there a good way to cook a ton?
I cannot even find anything low enough to cook on the player market.

Also:
Kinda the same thing happened with mining, any way to get high mining lvls quickish?

for fishing, sadly I haven't worked on that skill at all, but try different fishing tools like the fishing cage etc and see how you can catch more lower fish

for mining, the best way to level it up I think is either powermining, mine the highest thing you can and dump it or if you want to make money start with sand then gold then white gold and so on.. the best way to level forging is with iron until up to level 70

Using a adifferent tool makes me catch higher things.

I've kinda fixed the mining problem, just tons of silver mining XD

Best way to level fishing is 1-50 rod, 50-75 wooden harpoon, 75+ steel harpoon.

If your cooking fell behind all you can do is buy cheap raws, there should be a lot for under 50% npc on market, especialy lower level ones from cage. It's normaly big waste of time/money to try catch low level raws yourself.

For mining white gold gives best xp from 55 till like 100+, it also sells for 500+ each so can't go wrong there.
