Carpentry seems like a tough skill to train. You need level 50 to work on your breeding pit. A high level woodcutting to finish your boat. What are your tips for levelling carpentry? Is there any way to make money with it?

As of now it seems soil is the best way to gain levels.

That's what I've been doing but that is long and tedious. Would be cool if an experienced player answered.

Best way to start carpentry is by making a boat on 2x and captcha, just buy the stuff of market it will be add up to less then 200k probably, you need much less of higher level logs. Try skip as many early logs as you can, the exp per log gets a lot better. Cactus gives 10 times more then Fir and Willow gives 50 times more then Fir.

As for things to make, normaly floors/cabs, only make other things if you want them for your house.

Money wise it's one of worst skills in game maybe, mailboxes/fences/breeding pens/magic cabinets are only things that sell and only for a bit more then raw materials.
