I've hardly noticed anything even that you can pay for and I was amazed that there was no DLC
I think 2x buff is the perfect amount for shortening the grinding.
TBH
I haven't noticed it change anything at all.
Outside that, like already said, you can buy a 2 times exp pot, however when you use it, it's applied to the entire game, rather than you as an individual, so the entire game benefits.
All that being said, paying does give an obvious benefit, that being that you can convert cash items, to in game money. This isn't unbalanced though, as no matter how much you spend, you've still got to put in the time to grind out the levels to be able to use higher gear etc. You can also make money fairly easily without spending a dime and while it can take a bit longer, if you are doing a skill that's in high demand, or farming rare drops, you can amass a fortune in a reasonable amount of time.
