why i get captcha when i was harvesting?

Everybody gets captchas. It's part of the bot prevention.

that silly, some captchas are too tiny for details, they need better different kinds, example, find all numbers or letters, or matching fonts.

it make me think having captchas run by some kind of cops. it is a game meant to be enjoy. i am new to that RPG MO, i am bit lost and clueless, and wondering where is a sort of walk-thru guide.
i dont use 3rd party programs to cheat, if i have to go afk, then i must log out anyway for break or to eat.

Hello there.

You don't have to log out to eat. Just stop doing things (harvesting, mining, fishing,...) and close the market window. Captchas don't happen when your character is idle.

Pretty much everyone agrees that the captchas are a nuisance, but bots are much more annoying. So captchas are the lesser evil here.
