prob starting up game

Funny story..I bought diner dash: hometown hero last night and played it as well...then went to bed. After keeping busy the day, I finally just came back and wanted to play it. Except now, it won't work...I have tried three times..and each time it says 'A problem has caused it to stop working correctly, then I click close on the error box and the game closes."
It doesn't make sense...as it worked last night.
Does anyone have any ideas?

same thing happened to me..and nobody has an answer..need our money back if its not going to work..smh

something with deleteing the comic files/transitions

same here but it is not the only version of the game that doesn't work i have other dash'es and it happens the same...

you still have to go and delete the comics probably

go to computer>program files(x86)>steam>steamapps>common> then find the dinner dashes your having problems with. and then in some of the files youll see downloads under the folder, then go to resturants and then you should see comics go in and delete each thing in the comics folder.

faster way is right click on steam and then go open file location and then do steamapps>common>

You're more then welcome, I had found it online as well I couldn't quote the source but It has helped me play the game. The main reason I wanted to get it working was because it was my late mothers favorite game :)
