sometimes you will not have the ability to do as the dev says so. You need to have file extention showing on your PC. Doing so will allow you to see all the file types on your pc,

Look up how to show file exentions on your pc and enable that, then you can right click on your file and you will see in a drop down menu rename file.

thats when you can do as the dev says.

Have fun.

hmmm

if your using outlook, click on the mail you wish to save and goto file / safe as and make sure you save it to a folder you know well.

Outlook is not a program to change names with. its an email client :)
