Just bought the game, fails to launch.

This issue is very similar to one of the older posts. I'm using a newer OS X operating system. When I try to create a shortcut on the desktop and running that, it tells me the file may be corrupted or incomplete. Tried re-downloading the game but to no avail.
I literally just bought this game. If nobody can fix this I'd like my money back.

I am having the exact same problem. It "Quits Unexpectedly" when I try to launch from steam and generates a message saying the game cannot be opened because "it may be damaged or incomplete" when I try to open from the desktop shortcut. When I use Steam to verify the files it says they are all successfully verified, but no matter what I do nothing changes.

Please fix the download or provide a refund.

Also having the same issue. I have tried re-installing every aspect and restarting my computer.

I would prefer a fix, but would take a refund if that is not available.

I bought the game a few years ago and have been having the same issue on my Mac. Kind frustrating since I bought the game so I could play it not jsut so I could have it sit in my library completely unplayable.

Same problem here. Using the support links is no help at all because it leads you to the developers link page and none of them are working anymore. Big Splash games links are all dead. Contacted Big Fish games, they said they no longer own the game and to contact PlayFirst as they are the publisher. Have done so and will keep you guys updated. Would be nice to be able to speak with someone from Valve...

Just bought the game will not open, uninstalled and reinstalled and it still fails to launch and quits unexpected. How do I get a refund?

Same issue here, I have the feeling that all mac owners have been scammed because I don't even know how to be refunded for that game that absolutely doesn't work !
