I keep trying to load the game and each time I get an error saying .. "sorry, but this product isn't compatible with your display. Try using a different display, if you have the option." I have a HP Envy 360 if anyone knows what I'm supposed to do.

Hi, I know this is way too late but in case anyone else still has this problem and reads this, I discovered a workaround.

What worked for me was once the 'Sorry, but this product isn't compatible with your display.' error message pops up, I simply switched tabs (Alt + tab) and then terminate (Alt + F4) all other windows that were open (including Steam and the error message) besides the game.

Once only the Chocolatier game window is left open just click OK on the next pop-up message and it should automatically run fine but only in windowed mode. Full screen isn't possible unfortunately. You can then reopen those closed windows and continue playing with no problems.

Not the perfect solution but at least you get to play the game. Hope someone else finds a better solution.
