Pecans
Pecans are not available in Tokyo or any other markers, therefore gameplay can't continue. Is that a bug?

The game is somewhat linear, but the events are not set in stone. Try completing more orders, travelling about, and see if the Pecans unlock. You can find them in Kona, HI.

If you haven't unlocked an ingredient you need you def are missing a mission or encounter. it has happened to me. keep looking!

Late reply, but Deiter says that you will need to look around for the Pecans around the globe. I know they are available in Kona, Hawaii. Go there and purchase them in the open air market
