type "ping 54.88.25.242 -n 30" without the ""

Wow. If that's the real IP address, getting about 20ms on average.

Just open cmd and type: ping 54.88.25.242
It's much more precise than http ping on websites.

Hey now, no need to be rude. If you do a simple trace route to their website and the IP provided by Lenant "54.88.25.242"(i'm assuming that is where the CBT server sare hosted) you'll eventually end up at "ae-1.amazon.dllstx09.us.bb.gin.ntt.net [129.250.201.154]"
