The one good thing going for you is that the times when you are likely to be playing the game most of the North and South American players will be fast asleep.
There have been talks of setting up an EU server which would be closer to you but there is no guarantee as to if or when it will happen.

So you might want to hold off on redeeming your DLC goods because I don't think you will be able to transfer existing characters between servers and even if they did allow server transfers it would likely be limited to servers within the same region only.
ohhh okay. so if i play East Coast server from the beginning and this April i still can continue play with my old characters if i stay on East Coast server?
Your character should not be wiped.
Yes but if an EU or SEA server was created and you wanted to play on it you would most likely have to create a new character on that sever as I doubt they would allow server transfers at this time.
So with that said it would be best to hold off on collecting your DLC items since they can only be given to one character and cannot be traded.

I am pretty sure that they could easily do that since Amazon should also have data centers in the UK that being said it would likely require shutting down the server for 24 to 48 hours prior to the move.
1) playing on Indonesia servers (by Gemscool) with transaction and localization done by Playoneasia
2) Steam version
Highly unlikely your founder's pack/ character will transfer to Indonesia server if you decided to go SEA.
well that answers that question then. I doubt that they will have an SEA server since there is already an indonesian server hosted by gemscool
Not sure about not be able to play Tree of Savior in the Philippines, as I could definitely see Tree of Savior in the Steam store and sold in peso currency (PH). If a game could not be played by a certain region, Steam would not display in its local store.
A SEA server (in Singapore) is a must though if we SEA folks want to have the best experience in the game.
