Difference between this one and the new papaya TOS?

Some of you may already know but TOS is launching again on PC and Mobile and will be published by Papaya? What will be the main difference? Do you guys think the new one may attract more players? I see they are actually advertising this version of the game.

With the Korean and Japan merger did the population increase greatly?

IMCgames' server will have the latest update, while Papaya's server might be several months behind. We know that papaya's server will have episode 15 update upon launch

It's a fresh start, more attractive to old players trying to come back (like me) or new players, because early areas will be alive.

Already pre-registered there.

I just don't know how the premium content will be managed there. STEAM bring us a confortable access to paid service, PAPAYA, apparently and based on other games avaliable, deal with Credit Card, PayPal and some more obscure payment methods. Also, i don't know if they will play regional prices, otherwise playing with them may become too expensive.

If Papaya server launched before the new Orsha update, I'd play it.
And if it launched with rebalanced early and mid game content, I'd more willingly play it.
