How to get Royal Guardian equipment

Hi, I'm a returning player, archer lv 447, just did some quest, I received Royal Guardian seal that is used to enhance royal equipment.

I found the Goddess Equipment Management button/forge.

Lena in Klaipeda gives only the normal set.

But I still can't find a way to get Royal Guardian equipment.

through the goddess equipment management, you will enhance the normal set to +20 using plain guardian seals. After it reaches +20, you can use sucession to transform it into elite guardian set. the succession option is availabre on the goddess equipment management window, on the lower left.
You will do the same with the elite set that you did with the normal set, but you will use elite guardian seals to enhance it. After you reach +20 with the elite set, you can transform it into royal guardian through succession.
