Returning player but my main char is gone

Hi! I'm a returning player and played this game for around 300+ hours at SEA server long before they merged with JP and KR server. I do remember that my main char in the server is SR. But upon returning, my main char is gone and also my collections. I did play on the JTOS for a bit (like for an hour or so). What can I do with this situation and is this normal?

i think you can redeem them in the character selection screen somewhere

Since you last logged into the game, you might've ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the dormant status.

There is currently a compensation for users that play on multiple servers, maybe you can request that Compensation for Teams Deleted during TOS W Merge[treeofsavior.com]

I logged in today and I had quit around 2017. All of my characters, silver etc. were all there. All still level 330 (old max). The game instantly showers you with premium items (that have time limits, yawn) and there's even a one time level one character to 480 instantly. However the game is so different now that I can't be bothered. All those new classes, their synergies, gear systems, dungeons etc... no thanks. I wouldn't even know where to begin or what to do. There are no guides online anymore and even if there were it would take days to research everything and... why bother? I had like 6-8 tokens too which seem to be worth 60-100 million silver on the market. Even my team storage had my 200 million that I stashed away.

However on the Fedimian (European) server, there is nothing on the market to spend your silver on. Nothing. No gear. No trinkets. No costumes. No potions. No upgrades. Nothing. So I don't think it's worth selling your old costumes and premium items anyway.

I bought a megaphone and no one responded. The server truly is just dead and I'm sure it's the same for the other servers too.

I still had 500 TP unspent etc.

Had someone from my friend list still be online I would've given them all of my stuff but the list was not surprisingly all dead. Apart from 1 guy who had logged in 18 days ago. Weird.

The UI is a complete mess. There's so much ♥♥♥♥ on the screen it's unnerving. Even hardcore single player RPG's don't have that many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ icons.

Lying about what? Just the UI? I guess everything else I said is true then? Weird thing to point out.

Your picture has the same cluttered UI as mine and you just closed all the event / announcements that I had cluttering stuff up. TOS has always had a chunky UI but now they've added like 5-7 new menus/icons etc. for all the new different things. The help menus / tutorials that don't help and half of the text in the game is some kind of error code (null% something?), even skill descriptions.

Also I don't see you posting links to guides or websites. Discords aren't guides. Usually they just gate information, which is quite normal for small MMO's where information is hard to come by. Information can be valuable.

Here's what the UI looks if you return to the game. Such a bloody mess. I also looked at the screenshots tab and artwork tab and the latest entries are from like 2020.

You could say that you can just close all the menus, but then you learn nothing of the new features. Also this happened on all 12 characters I had, so... yeah, what fun.

Have you tried closing the windows that appear only 1 time during your playthrough?
Regarding your description issue, that's sadly a bug, the solution is turning off your DLCs if you have the launch DLCs and changing your language inside of the game to make in case that doesn't work
