Just want to know where I can buy/craft some of the custom stuff I see other players wearing..

Most of it is cash shop (can buy from others), but there's some stuff you can get by playing,
You can search on google to find old headgears and where they might drop.

For costumes, most of the f2p ones are at the NPC in the center of Klaipeda called Henrika, they are bought with content points in her "Season Off Content Point Shop" menu try asking about them in game if you are in the support guild.
The same npc has class costumes (only usable by the correct class), but most of those can also be obtained by doing a quest at their respective job master (you need to have the class).

To get stuff that drops above level 100 at low chance you can make a low level alt to enter "challenge mode" on the respective map, the drop chance in challenge mode is boosted by a lot and things that would normally drop at 0.1% will drop often.
That's the quick way to get old low chance headgears.

Thank you for the information!! Just another question if you don't mind, where can I craft wings and other such accessories?

Sadly all wings (outside of one) as far as i know are cash shop only, if you don't want to gamble with real money you can play the game and stack silver currency slowly to buy from other players.

The only f2p wings i know of:

Demonic Sanctuary Raid (Party Normal difficulty) drops a feather at 100% chance, with 25 feathers you can buy "Giltine's Eroded Wings".
(You'll probably get them easily after playing 1-2 months)

For headgears/hair accessory:

Some of them have been removed but this list can help to find the ones that drop in game, you can google their names or ask in game, TP means cash shop so ignore those.
They released more accessories but this has most of the non-paid ones.

Achivement Journal (F4) has random items every week being sold for random currencies, if you play, you'll eventually accumulate the coins required.
In that shop you can find contact lenses or some old event / premium costumes, or old pets.
It's random, everybody in the server sees the same items.
