Catapracht class seems to be so OP
as ive seen so far their class gives so much dps and with high crit overkill per skill basis and the tanking ability because of the high hp gives them so much feels overpower. they even have buff for increasing dmg with minimal minus to defense.

any other point of view would be appriciated :)

Nerf inc...

Also depends on how the player is building them...at level 150 you should be doing about 2k or higher monsters will have 30k+ hp so you will not think the class is op they are also good for gvg sieges.

OP? OP? no it's not,
EARTHWAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OVERKILL!!!! build FULL STR MUAHHAHAHA.

yes, need a little nerf.

HP bonus comes from swordsman base class + plate armor... not cataphract.
More HP come from pushing Con... not cataphract exclusive.
Dmg comes from pushing Str... not cataphract exclusive. Earth Wave is the only really nice AoE overkill they have exclusively.
Dmg buff again comes from swordsman base class (or maybe the risky doppelsoeldner one) and is actually only good if you go sword C2... so again not cataphract.

So much facepalm potential in this thread.

do you know upgrading plate mastery gives so much hp? so basically if you go full str or dex with just about 20-30 con u have 16-20k hp specially boosting its attribute level just saying i think its base dmg for its skill and potential crit rate with high atk buffs and low minimal def sacrificed and btw im using cata so i just feel im already op xD thanks for insight

Yeah he is so OP focus on balanced classes[/sarcasm]
Cata have so much hp cause when mounted he also gets 10% hp from pet maximum
And as was already mentioned when you want to have high hp just go full plate and train mastery. My "alchemist in training" with not muhc invested in con is usualy last thing standing when pelasta taunts fail catastrophicaly, and I am playing pyro so need to stay close range :)
Meanwhile I am hiting for 2-4k on lvl 79 with auto attack critical on other class with lvl 40 weapon but stronger breeze makes problems :)

There is no single OP class
But if you think about stats and skill sinergies you can create really high dmg options by sacrificing either versatility or survivability

Cata greatest asset is his mobility and zone control, but looses in DPS race compared to two hander builds with highlander pasive attribute at late game

Definitely not OP. Mediocre damage for a swordsman. Poor choice for a tank. One of the best choice for farming and PVP, though. Pretty balanced imo.

as for me cata is good having c2 now after peltasta c2 have no troubles with 5k dmg and lydeka +10. but if u wanna go him go c3 and then take dragoon...u will be awesome dps..
