Unable to interact with multiple NPC (EU)

So, i can't talk to multiple NPC in town, including Blacksmith, Item Merchant, Companion Trader.. and probaly more.

Is there any way to fix this?

Are you a new player and you've never been able to interact with them or are you someone that has been playing and used to be able to interact with them and now can't?

I played fine earliere today before the maintaince.

I've tried using both Keyboard and Mouse settings, and i've restarted multiple times.

Can't talk with merchants, but still can interact with other npc.

Cant interact with Merchant based NPCs. Class NPCs are fine though. Orsha.

Okay I just got on Klaipeda and there are a lot of people talking over Microphones saying they can't access NPCs either such as the Blacksmith and such. So yeah it's definitely not just you, it's a problem that just happened with the patch.

On that note - I'm able to access the Blacksmith just fine while a bunch of other people are shouting that they can't.

*Edit - Thought it was a channel issue but it isn't, seems to be character specific, I can talk to NPCs just fine on every channel, same NPCs others are saying they can't. Will have to do more testing to see why.

I got two new patches when the server went back up, a Steam patch and a launcher patch, not sure if that affected it or not.

It's not just the NPCs, people are being booted from trying to get into Dungeons too. It seems the patch broke multiple things.

Again I'm fine when talking with NPCs that others say they can't weirdly enough but I also think it's probably a channel specific thing since I've seen other bugs that ended up being channel specific too.

*Edit - Not a channel thing, seems to be a character thing. I'm skipping channels and can talk to these NPCs on every one of them while others are skipping and can't on any of them.

Yeah I'm skipping all over and everything still works for me no matter what channel I go to, so I actually think it's a specific character issue rather than a channel issue.

Did you guys all get a new patch after the server went up? Both a Steam Patch and a Launcher Patch? I did, so I'm wondering if you guys either didn't or had something go wrong with it?

Just to make sure...

I got a very small Steam patch fot this game, and then a bigger Launcher patch.

I just am wondering if you all got it too or missed one or the other somehow and that's why you're having issues and I'm not (and I'm really not, I'm not trolling or anything).

Well let me keep running around and see if I can find any NPCs at all that won't talk to me just to make sure, but so far I'm fine with all of them that other people are saying are broken.

Okay, so i verified my game cache via steam.
It said i was missing 14 files, so it downloaded them.
When i started up the game again the launcher started downloading some .pak files, which took a few miniutes to get.

However, i am still unable to talk to NPCs.

Okay well weird...

There has to be some reason it's letting some people interact and not others. I guess that's not it, maybe it's something stupidly random.

Hopefully the Devs are people who are getting the bug so they can fix it. If they log on and everything seems fine like it does for me, they're going to be confused.

That is, talking to NPCs is fine. I don't know if the Dungeon issue is fine for me or not.

*Edit - Thanks for going back out and testing patching :D I was hoping that was it and we'd figure it out but still it's good to know one way or the other.
