You havent even played yet you talk trash :v
You can read and give outdated/bad remarks yet you cant read that free to play is on the 29th.
And yes it is preventing abuse of the market and its actually making prices (At least in SEA) stabilize, but you wouldnt know cause you havent played the game havent you?
And yes OP, You are barred from selling and buying stuff for 3 days on a new character/account (Not sure), not much can be gained in market in that span anyway so give it time to grind for now as the cap is Level 600, no rush for equips or profit. Yes you can trade if you have a teken or purchased one but they are soon implementing 1:1 trade with non-token users also.
Oh good to know. It would of been useful if that info would be available somewhere.
Thanks!

TOS has become much easier now than before. You can reach level 270 with just regular equipment that you get from quests and hunting grounds. Just get the 3 pardoner buffs in towns and you will pretty much breeze through the game. I know it's tempting to buy items because some of them look cheap but you won't be using them later on. The faster you reach 270-330 the more silver you can farm just by doing quests. This is much more time efficient than trying to farm orange or purple low level weapons. Trust me I have multiple characters and some of them have crappy weapons.
