Not exactly Dual wielding, but you have a choice between a dagger/shield as your secondary weapon. Class that specializes on it based from skill description is Corsair and Fencer.

I think he meant it in a way he can use 2 one handle swords.
i think sword2 barb3 fencer2 is the dps dual wield build, you should probably go in the official game forums, lots more threads there https://forum.treeofsavior.com/c/class-and-rank/swordsman
seriously, go there and research your build, don't be like me now rerolling a 85 bokor because i didn't know you cant respec stats
Not too interested in further reading, already know the direction I can go now. Just was curious how the duel wielding works exactly. A lot of other games literally let you wield two weapons, so this is a bit different. Eh. I miss the RO days. xD. hahah
