Where does it come from? And what's the difference between Free TP and regular TP

You accumulate 1 free TP every 4 hours (doesnt matter if you online or offline) up to a limit of 5 TP.
No difference.

When you buy from TP shop free TP are spent first.

Just to add, there are 3 itens you can buy from the free tp: megaphones (cost 1 tp and are used to use the global chat), warp scroll (free teleport for 2 tp) and soul crystal (4tp and you can be revived right were you had died).

All of these are consumables.

You can also combine TP and free TP to get certain items much cheaper. For example if you buy an enchant scroll (8 TP) while you have 5 free TP you only pay 3 paid TP. That's less that half the cost (even cheaper than if you would buy the bundle).

Eventually, if your server wins a PvP thing I think you can have 7TP. That's enough for an enchantment scroll.
