Monk build help (Stats/skills)

is a 1/1/3 str/con/dex build(currently 70/70/xxx before gear) stat layout good?

And as for monk skills, I find knife hand to be a pain in the arse to use, with it causing pos-lag on every mob I hit(the damage is nice when I can line up mobs with deprotected zone, but 'waiting' for mobs to re-sync with their actual locations before I can hit them REALLY cuts into any dps I do)

So I was wondering, just how good/effective is energy blast (IE: against those ghost property mobs and/or high hp mofo's who take 5 min each to slog down)

Build idea is 15 DP, 101inP, 10EB, and 5 in each KH/PS
