Stats for Wugushi?

Looking for some help on this.

Only thing i've managed to find about Wugushi stats is somebody saying that you should do all STR (with a bit of CON) because poison can't crit, so dex would be a waste. Now, I could be wrong but i thought that poison also >didn't< scale with your attack power, and that only +elemental stats like from arde dagger or viper bow improved the damage of poison.
With this in mind, would all STR with a bit of CON still be the best way to go? Or could DEX be viable?

Job i'm looking at making is ArcherC3>WugushiC3>Musketeer. Musketeer skills get a nice damage boost from pure STR as their formulas work by adding a multiplied value of your phys attack stat to the skill's native damage. This said, would crit rate really be high enough only through using green gems without any dex? And if using gems for crit rate, then where am I to get my accuracy? Afterthought: DEX for evasion also?

Any thoughts on this would be really appreciated. Been really wanting to make this character but have been putting it off til I can get the stat build just right.

Most of the poison damage on the Wugushi's skills scale with STR, except for zhendu.
