DIDNT GET MY TP

Hey, I'm really new to this game and I just bought TP for SEA server. NO, I am not wrong what kind of TP I bought. It didn't show up in the team barrack or will it appear somewhere else? also I lost all of my EXP tomes it was 3-4 of them in my inbox. Do they expire like tht?

Going back I purchased 100 TP and didn't receive it. HELP or atleast give my money back :(

If you just, right this minute, bought it then wait a few minutes. Every pack i've purchased while being logged in has arrived quickly and without hassle. I click the use TP pack on the ingame TP button near the map on your UI ingame and it adds the TP.

Compensation rewards like EXP tomes and dungeon resets usually have an expiration limit. If you don't claim them. *POOF*

Ya, its that HUGE TP button - you cant miss it... well perhaps YOU can....

Ahhh I see, you're saying that you, your friends and official site forum users are all smarter than people on the ToS forums? Because they see the button but ToS forum users dont? lol

Sometimes I wonder if anybody looks at those "loading" screens inbetween maps, you know the ones which SHOW how to claim TP? hehe

I meant that completely nonjudgemental, just stating my observation. =p

If anything, it's kinda funny that some complain about the "blatently obvious" huge TP button in the middle of the screen, while others don't even notice it. And that all my friend ingame seem a lot more laid back then the vocal majority on forums.

yes! I have accepted. I didn't know the TP thing next to the map is where you receive it. I thought it was a reminder tht the TP cannot be refunded.

This procedure is not easy to pick up the first time around. An in-game mail message about retrieval being ready and direction on where to click would help a lot.
