Scout build

So I'm thinking of running bullet marker, thaum, and enchanter for a Dual Pistol AA build. Thaum and enchanter both have very powerful buffs. With the stat allocation the way it is now It seems this will make me a dex main and increase my attack speed by around 60%.

What I'm wondering is if I should switch thaum for assassin. The AS boost from assassin is larger than thaums and Swell hands is a reasonably small buff sitting at 337AD when maxed out. Assassin also has a crit resist debuff and blind for enemies. Being dex my crit damage should be fairly high, I just need to get some crit chance gear to utilize it.

I toyed with the idea of Reiter instead of Bullet Marker, but overall I like BM's skills better outside of the AA from Limacon. The new Frost bullet and double shot chance from both scout and BM's new buff seems much more powerful than Limacon.
