Dsetup.dll how to fix it?

I tried to search everywhere I nothing seems to help me

I had to go find a download of directx that would extract the files then manually drop that file into the folder that TOS is installing from.

I also had another issue where the patcher would be an odd size and you wont see a % to when the download is done. You have two options for that, wait as it is downloading, or go change the png file to a different size so you can see the %.

I tried to install 3 times today but still saying the same thing

If "Dsetup.dll" doesn't show up and you still can't get into the game, restart your system and launch the game again.

-After installing the game, don't launch it on steam.
-Go into the games directory(Programfiles(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/TreeofSavior) and
delete all .xml files inside the 'release' folder. then go to steam to 'verify integrity'
-Open "_CommonRedist/DirectX" folder.
-Look for 2 dll files and copy them over to release/patch/DirectX10.
-Launch the game from it's directory inside release/patch.
