Failed to unpack data

Trying to do the training, can't get past the stalemate one, it says more must be downloaded, then it says failed to unpack data. Any suggestions?

The webarchive seems to work since just opening the link downloads a 10mb .pak, but unfortunately Chessmaster still says "ERROR: Failed to Download Data from Server". If anyone succeeded in unpacking the data, could you share the backup of the data folder?

I've just tried to redownload and it still works, on Windows 10 x64.

Thanks a bunch. I'm also on Windows 10 x64 and the link worked when I downloaded the pak with a browser, but for some reason Chessmaster still couldn't download it or unpack the downloaded pak. The unpacked files worked immediately though.
