you find the folder for the game in your steam folder and aply the same way as a regular install

Do you need to start a new game because I had a saved game prior to this just wondering if he ( col. Blackheart) will only show up after a new game..?

Not trying to sound like a nag here but I did what you said to do and he still hasn't showed up playing maximillian and I have vomitous notoriety. Should it not be in a folder once it is in evil genius's folder?

You've been helpful and I appreciate that and I have been to that website before a long time ago, but it isn't very helpful, due to memory and it's vague-ness. But it seems that what I downloaded from their website is the demo, with no files indicating the bonus henchmen as well as some new tech toys. I had to unzip alot of files and extract em all, and yeah can't find anything remotely that looks like it installs bonus without it looking like the demo.

sounds like you have the wrong page and file. I dom't have the game installed atm so you are really on your own. I hope for your sake you find it as the content is funny as the res. I would advise you to check out the entire site for the fanpatch and mods out there as well they can enhance the game a lot.
