Minions won't stick to a job?
So I used the time clock thing to post 3 extra workmen in the control room, yet nobody is even attempting to do the work, they literally go there, sit down for 2 seconds and then get up and leave again

Leave to go where? Maybe you have too many jobs and needs that need to be fulfilled.

make sure you have enough replenishment rooms nearby for all of your minions stats. I also always put a loot item that gives attention and one that restores smarts in the room. If your minions need replenishment of a stat they wont work for long.

I had about 10+ workers just running back and forth from the docks to get money which was obnoxious because they wouldn't go and do any real work :/ So I stopped my minions from stealing just to make them go do their work :/ Plus the time clock, doesn't really help much

if their attention is low they just mill about, add some mice mazes

Sans either you do not have enough minions in general or you are missing something else. You should never stop your minions from stealing, considering it is the only way that you make money in this game

I need a damn guide or something XD
Also, I had 10 minions, 4 assigned to Control room (Supposedly) I had just comissioned the hotel lobby + Wings and the rest were just running back and forth from the port and my strong room, am I derping?

A) how far are you into the campaign
B) how many minions do you have total
C) how many of each type
D) do you have enough staff rooms, bunk beds, and archives to keep up your minions stats? also is everything near enough to each other to make a difference? If your replenishment rooms are spread out all over the place they have to spend time travelling to each one to replenish their stats

Nevermind, I fixed it, I have 15 Guards, 10 Techs, 15 Valets, 50 Workers. Also a dumb question but even though my Hotel is staffed, why are no tourists going to it?
GIJeff Jan 17, 2016 @ 7:19pm
Hotels suck at attracting tourists really. I think its more useful on the second island. I had a small one with a piano, four rooms, a bar and tables and that kept tourists busy for the most part. If any wander too close to base entrance I just tag them for distraction. They mostly use it during the day and will use rooms if you have them at night.

Construction workers are the base unit, you only need as many as are necessary to expand your base. I would tend to have more like 20 workers, 50 guards, 20 valets until you get the more advanced minions. Guards are the best at stealing and obviously base defense which is why you want more. Valets are mostly good for carrying things and using distraction. Send valets out with the guards to reduce overall heat while stealing.

Hotels are there as a decoy to keep tourists occupied, I don;t bother with them personally as I get tired of them being blown up periodically
