How to change the language to german?

I just bought this game on Steam but I can't set it to german (this language is said to be available on steam though). When I go to options/game I only find three languages: English, Spanish and "System default". System default is the same as english so I can't change it to German. I tried to edit the settings text file on the DynamicResources folder but with no sucess.

Spiel start -> Options -> Game -> Language

Da dann einfach über die Pfeiltasten die Sprache wählen.

Anleitung, um das Spiel auf Deutsch zu schalten..

1. Habe mir n Sprachpack geladen hier: https://www.4players.de/4players.php/download_info/Downloads/Download/7657/Evil_Genius/Patch_101_Euro.html
(Achtet auf das richtige Verzeichnis.. Das muss angepasst werden.
Bei mir
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Evil Genius\ )

2. musste dann noch ein No-CD Fix hinzufügen von hier:
