is there something wrong with the accursed starving? yes I know how its supposed to work

I know how to get vials of blood, I know I eat those instead of regular food. but I cannot get them fast enough and consuming 2 or 3 of them seems to be required to fill up my health.

I know to use my spell or unarmed stealth kill to get them or refill my health. but I don't have enough of these to make it. what am I doing wrong?

Accursed is just a very hungry boy. That's the price you pay for power. He's much more manageable once you get to the swamp and have more blood bags to punch.

Just try to stealth kill/blood drain every rat and spider you see.

you also get a small amount of food when you assassinate something on top of a blood vile if they can drop it, so skellys can feed you (might be a vampire thing) but a ring of slow digestion or a sprig will go a long way to help save blood

bloodletting is a very powerful spell overall but if your concern is not having enough blood make sure to use it for killing blows as it guarantees a blood vial to drop. backstab kills as Vampire or Accursed will always guarantee a blood vial to drop as well assuming the enemy has blood (ex: not slime, skeleton, or automaton).

bloodletting could make getting a stealth kill easier but if your goal is blood drops just kill the enemy with the spell or backstab em.

The hardest moment is the start since they're lot of bloodless skelly. Like mention above, try to backstab everything to get that tiny amount of hunger back.

Also save normal foods, if you're in a bad situation you can drink poly potion to become "human" and be able to eat normal foods.

Remember to use accursed's starting invisibility spell to quickly break aggro on your targets

if your playing vampire accursed and haveing troble remeber to use Bloodletting on rats for quick an easy food (and Don't waste it on skeletons they can't bleed)
that and use the polymorph potions if hunger is getting dire
