1, Would need a huge amount of rebalancing depending on how high you set the monsters and has already been mentioned multiple times.
2. There is the Cleric or the Monk, both giving sort of what you want aside from the crown.
3. Why always a Scythe? I much rather have Flails or Daggers that are not thrown.

Part 1. Orcs and Ogres dont really fit a mine setting or an cave one, I believe bug bears are the equalient to them.
Part 2. Yes, Dryads or Auronas would work well, feel that.
Part 3. Perhaps you mean Sand Golems? Could be an interesting step stone between trolls and Crystal Golems, not so sure about Mummies.
Part 4. Herx is literally an Lich already. So adding them as a common enemy seems.. odd.
