spell question
is their a spell where one can conjure arrows? i know there's a scroll that does that but curious if theres a spell that does the same

Nope. The only way to get quivers magically is via the scroll. However, if you have a good enough tinkering skill you can lockpick arrow traps to loot theirs.

i see, so trying a pure archer build if you dont got a magical feather would be torture.

Not really. The special ammos are only worthwhile in a few cases and you have infinite regular arrows.
