What exactly does drinking water do?
water potions, sinks, fountains.
What does "you feel refreshed" do?

You feel refreshed restores a tiny bit of hunger. I know this cus I once drank out of a faucet just after the moment I felled hungry, and my hunger disapeared for a another 30 sec or so.
