Polymorph Potion bug in Compendium
The Polymorph potion keeps showing up as a new entry in the Compendium despite me clicking on it several times.

I have the same issue. Wasn't sure if it was just me or not till now. Verifying files didn't seem to fix it either.

Hi, it's part of 2 sections, defensive + offensive potions, so research both sections and mark it as read in both should correct it.

Bit of an oversight that it requires 2 reads to clear the notification, thanks for reporting.
