Newbie's question about classes

I heard that in order to use all DLC classes for Human, you need to beat the game, but for some reasons I am able to start human shaman, is that normal?

Humans can be any class, it's monsters that need to have other classes unlocked.

To unlock the class you need to beat the boss on Floor 20 as that race.
So if you wanted to unlock the Accursed for all races, you need to beat the boss on Floor 20 as a Vampire, and so on.

That's correct. It doesn't matter what class you use for the race, so long as you beat the game with that race.
So you don't need to win as a Goblin Shaman to unlock Shaman, you just need to win as a Goblin, of any class.

you only need to last untill you beat the 2 bosses
dont matter if you been dragging your feet and are just a poor level 1 tinkerer if the rest of the crew manage to kill the bosses and hit that end portal

you unlock "Like clockwork" achivment for tinkerer and can from then on play tinkerer as any race
