Well, I'm not a developer, and I don't mod the game, and nobody has made a mod for this game that does what you want.
The only other thing I could suggest is to use the Barony Source Code here: https://github.com/TurningWheel/Barony/ and modifying the game files yourself to make your own mod. Otherwise, I'd suggest not being toxic to people who try to explain why things are the way they are.
You can increase the amount that monsters spawn on a map so it's more likely you'll find a couple alive.. a bit of a roundabout way though.
In code it's definitely easy to change however, but that's less accessible than a workshop mod.
If that is less accesible than a workshop mod, would changing the spawn to a unique race per floor be accesible? Such as floor 1 only having skeletons or only rats and so on.
It would be nice if we get more people modding the game.
