Delver and Eldritch have a more similar balance in pacing to Barony compared to Ziggurat or One More Dungeon. None of them have similar depth, and I don't mean to pat ourselves on the back. I would love to play more games like Barony too. :)
Not real-time, but for a good mixture of dungeon pacing and realtime gameplay, the closest in "feels" in my opinion is Legend of Grimrock. But you are also restricted to tile-based movement and there's no multiplayer. Apparently we have monopolized this genre.
Slasher's Keep has a really cool art style. Gameplay looks a little shallower than Barony and I don't see any co-op. Still in early access. Looks pretty promising IMO but I haven't played it.

I did see a game called Battlecursed recently, with no co-op, but might otherwise tick all the Barony boxes, but can't seem to find it. It supposedly went into Early Access earlier this year...
[EDIT]
I found it:

I think it wasn't coming up in my searches because the devs have decided to scale down development and they issued refunds for existing owners. Fingers crossed they come out with something compelling.
Check out Streets of Rogue. It also has local and (I think) online multiplayer. It's a ton of fun.
