Brawler Achievement

For the "Brawler" achievement, it says you need to win with only punching and potions.

Does this

A. prohibit brass knuckles or spiked knuckles?

B. prohibit you from nonlethal combat spells like Slow, Sleep, or the Controlling staff?

Also, a goblin blew himself up with his own fireball that ricoched off my cloak. The bottom text said it was killed by my fireball. Does this ruin the playthrough?

Reflections won't break the achievement.

Achievement will only break on attacking with a non allowed weapon or magic. Type the command /brawlermode which will prevent you from breaking the achievement on accident.

The achievement says 'The Citadel', so does that mean you only need to abide these rules in the last stages of the game, or do you need to follow this right from the start?

"Attain victory in the Citadel by only attacking with your fists and throwing potions from the beginning of the game."

So from beginning to victory you must abide
