Ring of regen

Whenever I equip a ring of regen it says I feel itchy all over, and I don't seem to regain any health. Before the update it worked find, so did something change?

You may be wearing a Vampire Doublet, it cuts your Health regen in half, I believe?

Try spawning one in on the first floor, and look at your con stat, mouse over, and keep the mouse on it, then check what it tells ya', if it says 2.0 HP regen, you're good to go.

Another item that heals you is Dragon's Mail, the breastpiece of the Artifact set, you find it later on.

Confirm if hunger is on otherwise you won't get any regeneration benefits
