Rainbow Dash in the Editor?

Okay I was making a quick map and I found that Rainbow Dash is in the editor. Doesn't Hasbro have a copyright on her.

And why is she there in the first place?

Just checked the editor can confirm that this is real check the palette section, anyway maybe it's a joke on the games name?

i always assumed she's only there in the editor because they shipped the same editor they used to make the levels with and they just left the level editor mostly untouched.

But Hasbro has a copyright on Rainbow Dash and they are selling the game with their copyrighted material.
What I'm getting at is that this is a little bit illegal.
