Cannot purchase from store.

Since Ramayana has been on sale, it has been difficult trying to purchase it from Steam and everytime I try to, I end up receiving a "There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance." message. Every other purchase works just fine.

Now due to being previously unpurchasable/partially removed from Steam, something on the database was flagged and upon inspection I noticed that,

status Unavailable (2) should be set to, status Available (0)

I would contact Steam Support but by the time they respond, who knows, so Rakesh, if possible, could you please contact Valve and ask them kindly to fix it and if you could please extend the sale of Ramayana, I would appreciate it.

Thanks for notifying me. I have contacted Steamworks to look into the same. Didn't get any answer yet though.

According to Steam DB, purchasing has been disabled for quite a while.

Update: Try adding the game to your cart, and once that is done, click https://store.steampowered.com/checkout/?purchasetype=gift

That should do the trick.
