Slow Motion Interface
Reinstalled for the achievements, had to adjust my settings again. The game itself runs fine but anything in the menus be it the main menu or the map screen is moving as if it's in slow motion. This is particularly annoying when booting the game up as it keeps the seizure warning on screen for much longer and there's no way to skip it.

Tried resetting my graphics settings to the default as that's when the problem started but it's still there.

Hey Epoch,

Thank you for reaching out, sorry to hear that you encounter slow motion in the menu's despite your troubleshooting.

To rule out some common causes of issues I have some tips I would advise trying below:

- Ensure your PC meets all system requirements [www.ubisoft.com] for Far Cry Primal.
- Ensure you have Ubisoft Connect [ubi.li] installed and updated
- Try to have both the game and Ubisoft Connect and Steam on the same drive
- Add Ubisoft Connect and the game to your anti-virus/firewall whitelist
- Complete the steps in our dedicated troubleshooting guide [ubi.li]
- Launch Ubisoft Connect, Steam and Far Cry Primal using admin rights [ubi.li] to ensure permissions are granted.

Should this then persist, can I check if it continues if you have switch using VSync between being enabled and Disabled?

Many thanks

Followed your instructions to the letter and the issue is still present.

Hello Epoch, thank you for the information. I am sorry that the problem is still present. We might need to do some advanced troubleshooting however, in order to do this, I need to know the following:
- PC Specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, Windows version)
- Screen resolution and refresh rate
- GPU drivers version
- Are you using any third party antivirus/firewall/Overlay?
- Is your PC overclocked?
- Are you using more than 1 monitor?
- Is it only the interface that seems slow or is it also the game in general?

Please let me know. Thank you.

Resolution of main monitor is 1920x1080, second monitor is 1440x900 but I use the main monitor to display the game, both have 60hz refresh rate. I am not using any third party antivirus or firewall or overclocking the PC, the only third party overlay would be the Steam overlay if that counts.

The interface is the only thing that is slow meaning anything involving menus such as settings or skills or the map screen. The game itself when unpaused and active has no issues besides a minor problem I noticed where my aiming feels sluggish when I "Aim Down Sights" for lack of a better term, I am not sure if these two issues are connected however.

PC Specs are as follows:

CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700K @ 3.60GHz, 3600 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT
Drivers: AMD Version 24.12.1
16 GB of RAM
Windows 11
