- The output device(s) you've tested with (speakers, headsets)
- What troubleshooting steps you've attempted
- Are you using Stereo or Surround sound in-game
- Do you use any Spatial sound software (Dolby Atmos, Windows Sonic for Headphones)

Please start with our troubleshooting guide[www.ubisoft.com]. In particular, make sure you've fully updated your Windows install, you've verified the game files, and you've checked for any conflicting programs (particularly any that might be controlling your audio).
If it still doesn't work, can you try a different audio output for me, temporarily for testing purposes? The easiest way to do this is to try a USB or Bluetooth headset if you happen to have one, since that counts as a different output. If that works, let me know - that narrows down what the issue could be.
