Hi Kid_Hastag,

Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Support.

We value our customers and want to help them as soon as possible, so we are providing this initial response through a translation service. Please excuse any possible grammatical or idiomatic errors in this message.

Make sure that all your drivers are up to date. This includes video and sound cards. If you need information on how to find the specific hardware that is on your computer, you will need to consult the manufacturer's website to research your specific model.

You can also find this information using the DirectX diagnostic tool:
Windows XP: Click Start -> Run -> Type "dxdiag" in the text field and press Enter.
Windows Vista / 7: Click Start -> Type "dxdiag" in the text field and press Enter.

Use the links below to help you update your video and sound card drivers or to contact the appropriate support department with specific questions about your hardware.

--------

Video card and chipset manufacturers:

Note: When updating video card drivers, reference drivers (or drivers available from the chipset manufacturer on the video card) generally provide the most stable performance. If you don't know your video card's chipset, contact your PC manufacturer or your video card manufacturer for information about the chipset.

Greetings Kid_Hastag,

Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Customer Support.

Looking at msinfo, it looks like you've integrated graphics and a GeForce video card. Make sure you have the Nvidia card configured as your primary video card for your game. To do this, you will need to access the Nvidia control panel.

1. Right-click on your desktop and open the NVIDIA control panel.
2. In the 3D settings menu, click Manage 3D settings.
3. Go to the Program Settings tab and click the ADD button.
4. In the Add menu, locate your game's .EXE file in the list and click Add selected program.
5. Restart your PC and try to play the game again.

If you still encounter this failure, take a screenshot showing that the steps have been completed.

Thank you,
Anthony W

I saw, I already did all that was mentioned in the previous attempts of help, and even already sent my report of msinfo32 and% temp%, I would like these files to be considered in your future answer because I have already sent it twice. I've already run the internet trying to solve this parangolé and I would like to be able to enjoy my game, so if I don't ask too much I would like you to send me more than a self-generated message. awaiting response

Hello,

I would like to see if any of your Windows system files are missing or corrupted. Please follow the steps below:

1. Open an Elevated Command Prompt (instructions vary depending on your version of Windows).

Windows Vista or 7:
an. Click Start and type "Command Prompt" or "cmd" in the Search box
B. Right-click Command Prompt under Programs at the top and select "Run as administrator". If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, enter the password or click Allow.

Windows 8 / 8.1 / 10:
an. Use the following keyboard shortcut: Windows key + X.
B. Select "Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu that appears in the lower left corner.
ç. A prompt may appear asking if you will allow Windows to open the application, select the option "Yes".

2. When the command prompt appears, type "sfc / scannow" and press Enter.
- The sfc / scannow command will scan all protected system files and replace the corrupted files with a cached copy. This can take some time, so be patient.

Note: Do not close this command prompt window until the scan is 100% complete. The results of the scan will be shown after completing this process.

3. You will receive one of the following messages:

[Windows Resource Protection found no breaches of integrity.]
This means that you have no missing or corrupted system files.

[Windows Resource Protection was unable to perform the requested operation.]
To resolve this issue, run the System File Checker check in Safe Mode and make sure that the PendingDeletes and PendingRenames folders exist in the following folder location:% WinDir% \ WinSxS \ Temp

[Windows Resource Protection found corrupted files and successfully repaired them. Details are included in CBS.Log% WinDir% \ Logs \ CBS \ CBS.log.]
This means that one or more Windows system files were missing or corrupted and the tool fixed the problem. For your own reference, there is a record of your actions at the location of the file provided.

If you receive this message, try the game to see if the problem persists.

[Windows Resource Protection found corrupted files, but was unable to repair some of them. Details are included in CBS.Log% WinDir% \ Logs \ CBS \ CBS.log.]
This means that the tool found missing or corrupted files, but was not able to fix them automatically. You will have to do this manually. We cannot help with this and you will need to contact Microsoft or your PC manufacturer for more information and assistance.

If the game works after Step 3, great! Hope you like! Otherwise, follow the steps on the following website to perform the Check disk function and check the hard disk for errors:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/check-your-hard-disk-for-errors

If at this point the problem persists, contact an updated MSInfo created while still in selective startup:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Customer Support.

To completely resolve the issue you're experiencing, try the steps below:

1. Disabling your background applications:

Go to the Start menu on the desktop. Press the Windows key and the letter R at the same time.
Type MSCONFIG and press Enter.
Go to the Startup tab.
Click the option to Disable all.
Press Apply, Close and choose the option to Restart.

2. Cleaning up your temporary files:

Go to the Start menu on the desktop. Press the Windows key and the letter R at the same time.
Type% TEMP% and press Enter.
Select All (Edit> Select all or Ctrl + A).
Click the Delete key.

Note: If you're using Windows 7, you'll need to press Ctrl + A at the same time to highlight the files. After the files are highlighted, you will need to press the Delete key.

3. Make sure the drivers for your video card, sound card, motherboard and processor are up to date. Running 2 cards in SLI or 2 screens can also cause problems. Disable SLI or disconnect any additional screens that you may be using. If you are overclocking, try to run with the default clock settings.

4. Make sure that any antivirus or firewall software on your system is disabled.

5. Install Windows updates:
Click the Windows Start button and go to All Programs -> Windows Update. In the left pane, click "Check for updates" and, if there are any, choose "Install updates".
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/install-windows-updates

To solve this problem for you, I need two files from your system (Direct X and MS System Information). These files report information about the system drivers for the video and sound cards, as well as other vital information about the computer hardware that will help me solve the problem.

First, make sure you have the latest version of DirectX installed on your system. Download the latest version of DirectX in https:// /support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/179113.

After installing DirectX, follow these steps:

1. Press the Windows key and the "R" key at the same time.
2. In the Open box, type "dxdiag" (without the quotes) and click OK.
3. After opening the DxDiag file, click on the "Save all information ..." button.
4. Click the Save button to save the file as a text file on your Desktop.
5. Press the Windows key and the "R" key at the same time.
6. In the Open box, type "msinfo32" (without the quotes) and click OK.
7. When the program starts, open the Software Environment section on the left and select Windows Error Reporting.
8. Make sure that the Windows Error Reporting has also been fully loaded before saving.
9. At the top, click File. Then click Save.
10. Click on the 'Save' button to save the file as an .nfo file on your Desktop.
11. Click on the following link: https://support.ubi.com/en-US/Cases
12. Enter your Uplay account credentials and click Login.
13. Click 12438420 to find your incident.
14. Click on "Attach documents"
15. Find the "dxdiag.txt" you saved earlier and click Open.
16. Click "+ Add Files" to add another file.
17. Find the ".nfo" file to attach the MSINFO32 file.
18. Click "SEND ATTACHMENTS" to complete the incident.

If you receive an error when trying to load the MSINFO32 file stating that it is too large, you will need to compress it using WinZip or WinRAR. Once received, we will review your system information and contact you as soon as possible with a possible solution to your problem.

Best regards,
Ubisoft Support

crashes while saving/loading indicates AV blocking access to it. (access violation).
Except/Whitelist game(-folder) from Antivirus software (Windows defender is one too).

Hello there Eduardo Marques!

I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the support you have been provided so far. When beginning an investigation, our support teams start with a variety of troubleshooting steps to try and eliminate common causes of crashes, and to help us to find the source of what may be causing your issue. This includes steps such as updating drivers and operating systems, disabling background applications and running SFC scans to ensure that there is no missing files or corruption. We also request fresh system files after each step to see how these changes have affected your system.

Huperspace makes a good suggestion. Have you tried whitelisting the game within your antivirus?

Would you be able to let me know exactly what error message you're receiving when the game crashes? Would you be able to share your ticket number so we can take a look?
