You can see gameplay related stats (collectibles found, conquered outposts, hunted animals etc.) in Takkar's Cave.

There's a big cave with cave paintings and various fires burning, just approach the fires and you should see the stats.

Okay, I'll have to check. I just couldn't find the "Statistics" item in the game menu.

Yeah, it's less convenient as you have to be in your cave to check the stats, but perhaps more immersive to see those paintings on the walls grow little by little.
